We carry out a technical visit to assess the supplier, production capacity and quality assurance, process capability, structure assessment, human resources, technical capacity, etc.
Monitoring the manufacturing process of prototypes and/or pilot batch, sending samples, qualification tests until the final approval of the new supplier.
